Dr. Monica Lambert has been named Associate Dean for Academic Partnerships, Assessment and Accreditation in the Reich College of Education.
Her responsibilities include:
- college-wide continuous development oversight
- accreditation implementation and follow-up
- program effectiveness and accountability
- program standards compliance
- creation of external reports, required data reports and surveys.
Dr. Lambert joined the Appalachian State University and the Reich College of Education in 2001. She has served as:
- Special Education program director
- Reading Education and Special Education department chair
- Office of Field Experiences director
- Acting Associate Dean.
In addition to her new role, Dr. Lambert will continue to serve as Office of Field Experiences director. She also continue to work collaboratively with the Public School Partnership to develop and enhance deep and meaningful relationships with P-12 partners. She looks forward to working with the RCOE community.
