As part of the Town of Boone’s First Friday Art Crawl, the Orchesis Alliance club is hosting their first open house, which will showcase the new Expressive Arts Gallery located on the second floor of App State’s Reich College of Education this Friday.

This rotating gallery is facilitated by Orchesis Alliance. Each year, community members co-create artwork around relevant themes. The theme of the 2024 installation is: Becoming. The installation will be on display until the end of the Fall 2025 semester.
In addition to tours of the new installation, members of the club will offer a space to explore the expressive arts through drawing and painting with community. Supplies and snack will be provided.
Housed in the Department of Counseling, Family Therapy, and Higher Education, the Orchesis Alliance club is a student organization designed to bring together a therapeutic expressive arts community.
