SAIM Hosts Alumna, Tori Hunt ’21 on Wednesday, March 6

The App State Student American Indian Movement (SAIM) and the Gadugi Partnership celebrate Women’s History Month with an event entitled Navigating Science and Storytelling from Papahānaumokuākea Marine National Monument with special guest and App State alumna Tori Hunt ’21.

At this event, Hunt will share her month-long experience as a science fellow aboard the E/V Nautilus in the Pacific, and her work incorporating indigenous ways of knowing and learning into the sciences. Read more about Hunt and her impact on education
