Invite the Dean

Thank you for your interest in inviting Dr. Melba Spooner, Dean of the Reich College of Education, to your event.

All event requests are reviewed, and the Dean's staff will fulfill as many requests as the Dean's calendar will allow. Depending on the topic or scheduling, you may be referred to another official so that your request or need is addressed in a timely and respectful manner.

This procedure is for internal campus use only.

How to Invite the Dean

This form should be submitted at least 6-8 weeks prior to the event.

To invite Dean Spooner to an event, please complete this form.

Again, the completed form will be reviewed by Dean's Office staff and the staff liaison listed on the form will be contacted regarding the Dean's availability.

Once the Dean confirms her attendance to an event, please submit an event brief (i.e., attire, purpose, parking, platform party information (if applicable), program schedule and speaking points) 1-2 weeks prior to the event date.
