Reading Services and Programs
Anderson Reading Clinic
The Anderson Reading Clinic serves Watauga County K-8 students, offering year-round teacher training and diagnostic and remedial reading services. The clinic provides direct service to children with reading problems.

RCOE Mathematics Clinic
The Mathematics Clinics serves grades 1-8 in the High Country and grades 1-5 in Hickory. Operated through the Mathematics and Science Education Center, the clinics deliver personalized instruction to children who struggle with math or have learning differences, helping them build confidence and skills for academic success.

Scholars with Diverse Abilities Program
The Scholars with Diverse Abilities Program (SDAP) prepares college-aged students with intellectual disabilities for personal growth and occupational success. The goal upon completion of the program is that students obtain competitive, integrated employment and live independent, fulfilling lives.
