Ally Lyons earned a Bachelor of Science degree in art management from Appalachian State University. With a background in graphic design, creative direction, and marketing, she enjoys adding a touch of creativity to her work. As the Student Records Specialist in the Reich College of Education, Ally handles requests for new majors and changes in majors, manages graduation applications and audits, and ensures that students' academic records in Degree Works are accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, she oversees NCDPI licensure applications and testing requirements and supports the Residency Licensure program. 

Outside of work, Ally loves spending her free time with her three cats—Frankie, Jazz, and Benji. She also enjoys dabbling in amateur photography and working on fun, creative projects.
