Lucy Brock Child Development Lab
Howard Street Hall
Cassandra began her full-time journey with the Lucy Brock community in 2014, working with infants and toddlers. After graduating from Appalachian State University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Cassandra found a passion and true alignment between her image of the child, and the Lucy Brock philosophy, making it crystal clear that Lucy Brock was where she belonged! Throughout her time at Lucy Brock, Cassandra has served as a lead teacher in both the preschool and infant/toddler classrooms. Working with young children and families is most exciting for Cassandra because she is able to observe and support a community like no other, where people of all ages and skill levels, from all cultures and customs, come together to learn, care, and discover! As Cassandra develops as an educator, she hopes to one day apply her background in modern dance and art to expressive art therapy for the young children she works with.
