Dr. Jon Winek is a professor in the marriage and family therapy program.
Dr. Winek received his Ph.D. in sociology, M.A. in sociology, and Master of Marital and Family Therapy, all from the University of Southern California. He received his Bachelor of General Studies from the University of Michigan. He is licensed as both a marriage and family therapist and a professional counselor in North Carolina. He is a Clinical Fellow and Approved Supervisor in the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
His research interests include therapy and practice of family therapy, philosophy of science, and the development of research methodology.
