Michelle Hoag serves as an administrative assistant to the associate dean and the Office of Field Experiences. In 2024, she received the Outstanding Staff Award.

Prior to App State, she worked as a housing finance analyst for the North Carolina Housing and Finance Agency in Raleigh, North Carolina.
